2024 Sparkling Wine Flight
“I drink Champagne when I’m happy and when I’m sad. Sometimes I drink it when I’m alone. When I have company I consider it obligatory. I trifle with it if I’m not hungry and drink it when I am. Otherwise, I never touch it – unless I’m thirsty.” – Lily Bollinger
There are three primary grapes of Champagne: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Traditionally, wines were made by blending dozens of still wines to create the house Cuvée. However, each varietal contributes a unique flavor profile. Enjoy our flight below to experience what each grape has to offer paired with a small bite from our kitchen!
