We offer the following three packages for cocktail receptions.
All prices are subject to 10% sales tax and 20% gratuity.
Option #1
$25 per person - minimum 25 orders
Passed hors d’oeuvres
Please choose three (3) from the following selection:
- House Smoked Salmon and Boursin Crepe with caviar and chive
- Truffled Chicken Rillettes with cornichon on a baguette round
- Tuna Tartare Deviled Egg with wasabi tobiko
- Wild Mushroom Garden Roll with micro greens and miso mustard
- Vegetable Samosa with tamarind chutney
- Twice Baked Fingerling Potato with goat cheese and caviar
- Spanish Shrimp Empanada with saffron aïoli
- Risotto and Fontina Cheese Fritter with pesto
Buffet Displays
Price includes all of the following:
- House-Made Guacamole with fresh tortilla chips
- Artichoke and Olive Tapenade with Gorgonzola crostini
