Option #1

$30 per person - minimum 25 orders

Passed hors d’oeuvres
Please choose three (3) from the following selection:

  • Warm Medjool Date with Chihuahua cheese, romesco sauce, and sea salt
  • Vegetable Samosa with cilantro mint chutney
  • Buffalo Mozzarella, Beet and Olive Skewer with sea salt and olive oil
  • Ricotta Cheese Crostini with roasted rapini pesto
  • House Smoked Salmon and Boursin Crepe with caviar and chive
  • Serrano Ham and Yuca Croquette with Sherry vinaigrette
  • Pulled Pork Tostada with cotija cheese and avocado
  • Confit Duck and Shiitake Mushroom Spring Roll with miso and herb mayo

Price includes all of the following:

  • House-Made Guacamole with fresh tortilla chips
