Beverage Information

For cocktail receptions, luncheons, and dinners

A tended bar with wine/beer, sodas, juices, and mineral water is set up for no fee at every event. A full liquor set up can be added at the bar for a fee of $75. Drinks are charged by consumption and tallied for the host’s final bill. All prices subject to 10% DC sales tax and 20% gratuity.

Special Order Cake Menu

$9 per person plus a 20% baker’s gratuity
Minimum Order: for 12 people

The following list of cakes is available for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, or other special celebrations. They are prepared in our kitchen by Huw Griffiths, pastry chef. They can be customized for your event with tiers, fresh flowers, or inscriptions. Certain requests will involve additional charges.

Fresh baked scones, assorted bagels and cream cheese, and a seasonal fruit tray

Scrambled eggs, home fries, smoked bacon OR sausage, and fresh baked scones

Reservations and Deposits

A policy page and a reservation confirmation form must be completed and returned to the Special Events Office to reserve any room and date. No reservation is final until these confirmation forms are received. A deposit equal to the room fee is due at this time, either by check or credit card. Please include a copy of tax exemption status at this time.
